Founded in 1990, Air Charter Service is now the world’s leading air charter consultancy, but started from humble beginnings. Chris Leach, Founder and Chairman of ACS, had come from aviation, his father was a pilot, and after working in the industry himself he found there was a need for something new, a company that put service first, one that had the will and the expertise to find solutions, no matter what the requirements.
Now, three decades later, that company has over 40 offices worldwide, and its charter expertise range from helicopters and light jets, all the way up to airliners, and colossal cargo aircraft. Alongside that, it’s also branched out into travel, leasing, on board courier and other time critical services.
It has evolved from a one-man mission, to a network that allows for local knowledge to be shared globally, niche expertise to be passed along, so no matter what, who or where you’re flying, your dedicated charter consultant will be able to find the best operators, airports and aircraft to suit.

Andrew Summers
Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia
Having lived and studied abroad, and with a keen interest in aviation, Andrew joined ACS back in 2006 working in the passenger division of our London HQ. From here he then moved to oversee our offices in the CIS region before moving to Dubai to become the Managing Director for the Middle East. After a decade with ACS he became the Regional Director - MEAI and has continued to push growth in the region. In 2024, he relocated to our London office to take on the role of Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia and grow ACS operations in France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Kazakhstan.
Alexandre Busila
Regional Director - French Speaking Regions
After studying Law at university, Alex began his career in the air charter industry in Paris, where he gained valuable experience before joining ACS in 2012. He subsequently progressed to become Director of Cargo before moving to our Geneva office, where he successfully built a strong cargo division. In 2021, he returned to Paris to take on the role of CEO and today, he serves as Regional Director – French Speaking Regions, overseeing our offices in Brussels, Paris, and Monaco.

Having studied in both the UK and France, Alex was looking for a role that would allow him to continue to travel and work across a multitude of industries when he found Air Charter Service. Now, as Cargo Manager of our Monaco office, he now helps shape the next generation of charter consultants, whilst still arranging his own charters on board iconic aircraft such as the Antonov 124.
